Journey through the provenance of cheese at our upcoming “taste and talk” -cheese and wine class. Discuss how cheese is made and how to match wines and cheese. We will taste and discuss 6 cheese and 6 wine pairings with products coming from Europe and Australia. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a curious beginner this class promises to deepen your appreciation and understanding of cheese and wine.

Cooking Class

What better way to come together than enjoying a fun filled afternoon learning some new dishes from around Asia with the Conlan’s Wine Store chefs. This hands-on cooking class is a great way to have fun with friends or family.

The cooking class is limited to 10 guests to ensure an interactive class, which will be easy to understand for all levels of experience.

The hands-on cooking class is inclusive of a 3-hour cooking class, recipe book & a relaxing lunch, where you will get to sit down & enjoy your cooking with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice.
